In this episode, Nikki interviews Alaura Pittman from Shrouded in Love about how to support yourself in different kinds of grief. 

Alaura is a trauma informed aromatherapist, folk herbalist, home funeral guide, pet aromatherapist and death doula who stewards a homestead in the Midwest. She focuses on helping those dealing with loss, grief, trauma and autoImmune issues and is passionate about bringing hard conversations, including those about death dying, into everyday life.  Her work is centred around a desire to provide relief, comfort and care to those who may otherwise be facing their struggles and challenges alone.

    • Cedarwood, black pepper, cistus, cypress, myrrh, geranium, sweet marjoram, and rose for later in grief.
