SHOW NOTES

What You’ll Learn

In this episode, Rachael, Rhonda, and Nikki go over Essentria’s Dermal Dilution for specific conditions guide which shows how much essential oil you could use depending what your blend’s purpose is, and where you are applying it on the body.

If you haven’t listened to part 1 or 2 of this 3-part series, check out episode #31 and #32.

  • Remember to start at the lower percent for dilution

  • The importance of having a lower percentage when applying on the face

  • Specific dilutions for aroma massage, and situations where chronic pain occurs

  • Bath and body products such as sugar scrubs, body butters

  • For specific issues, it is still important to start low and slowly increase the essential oils in the blend if needed.

  • When it comes to specific conditions, it is important to consult with a trained certified aromatherapist who can make sure the blend being used is safe.

Remember LESS IS MORE! Start at the lowest dilution. You can always go lower than what is stated If needed you can gradually increase the essential oils used.

Don’t forget to print off your dilution guide. You can laminate it for long term use!
