Kristi has been educating others on the power of essential oils and nutrition for over 12 years. She has 10 certifications in alternative health modalities including foot, back, face & hand zoning. She's a highly intuitive certified life coach, who also assists clients in connecting with themselves, their angels, and their higher power so they can heal faster and fulfill their purpose on the earth.

  • Black Spruce - grounding, connection, clearing fears

  • Yarrow - feel safe, regenerative

  • Lavender - calming, relaxing

  • Helichrysum - healing, support

  • Sweet Orange - oil of abundance
